Well, I always devote this part of the newsletter to tell you guys what I’ve been talking about since the last newsletter.
This has been a crazy few weeks. I am finally back home from my mothers. As many of you know she had a massive heart attack on January 1st, and I’ve been at her house (over 400 miles away) for the last few months. This week I’m going to be answering a BIG question and giving you guys some BIG information. It’s going to be a lot of information, but very valuable information that can make you a lot of money. With that said, get something to take some notes, get comfortable, and get prepared to learn…
I’ve gotten the following question in one form or another from many many people…
How can I make money by selling resale rights products?
Here is my answer…
The way to make the most money with Resale Rights products is to start by having your own list. I’m not going to go into list building here because I’ve already produced a product that will teach you from the first step to the last step called the “List Builder Mentor System” (www.tomeymarketing.com/products/list-building-mentor-system) However, even without a list there are a few techniques you can use to make money with all those products you have bought resale rights to.
Here’s a technique I have used over and over to cash in on making money with Resale Rights…
Here are the steps that we will be following for this technique.
1. Find 2-3 products that have master resale rights or give away rights on a related topic.
2. Create a product that teaches how to use the 2-3 products that you found in step 1.
3. Package it all together to make a new product of your own.
4. Have graphics made for your new product and create a sales letter.
5. Put together a backend sales strategy.
6. Start promoting.
Believe it or not, I have made a killing from the simple plan I just outlined for you. There is an art to it, and I’m going to explain each step in great detail.
Step #1: We’re going to find 2-4 products that come with master resale rights or give away rights that are on a related topic.
Where are you going to find these products?
If you’re like me, you have an entire hard drive FULL of them!

I also belong to a few membership sites that offer master resale rights. Here are a few that I recommend:

There are some paid memberships out there also, but just be careful what you pay for!!
Now not only do the product have to be on the same topic, but you have to make sure you can pass on the rights to resale them to your customers.
Here’s a detailed explanation of product rights.
Products with No Rights: These are products that you buy for your own use. Such as ebooks and software. You don’t have the right to give these products away or sell them.
Products with Resale Rights: These are products you can sell and keep 100% of the profits on. You cannot pass on the Resale Rights to your customer though. They get a product with no rights. They can only use it for their personal use.
Products with Master Resale Rights: These are products you can sell and keep 100% of the profits on. Your customers get Resale Rights to the product so they can sell the product to their customers and keep 100% of the profits. However, your customers customers get no rights to the product.
Products with Full Master Resale Rights: These are products you can sell and keep 100% of the profits on. In general anyone who buys a product with full master resale rights can keep passing on the full mater resale rights on to everyone.
Products with Private Label Rights: These are products that you can sell and keep 100% of the profits on. Your customers get no rights to these products. These are products you can edit and make them your own products.
Products with Full Private Label Rights: These are products you can sell and keep 100% of the profits on, plus you can sell the rights to them. Your customers would then be able to sell the private label rights to their customers. Again you and your customers can also edit products with full private label rights.
Now here’s where it gets tricky. Many people don’t know the difference in these rights. Even people who create products sometimes don’t know the difference. Usually products will come with a license file. Be sure to read it. If in doubt always email the creator of the product and ask them. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
Okay, so by now you should have your 2-3 products. It’s time to move on to step #2.
Step #2: Your going to take the products you found and read them and/or use them all. Take what you have learned and write it down as you go. Once you have fully read and used these products, you are going to write a guide for these products.
In the guide start with the first product. Write about what you learned from the product and how your customer can use the product. Give them tips, and good examples.
Do this for each and every product.
Compile everything into one guide.
Now take your guide, and polish it up. Read it over and see what else you could possibly add to it. Once you have your guide all written out, put it in downloadable format.
I always put any guides or ebooks I do in .pdf format. It is the format of choice and .pdf documents are compatible with both PC’s and Mac’s.
There are a few ways to create a .pdf document. I use Adobe Acrobat. It’s a wonderful program but it cost several hundred dollars. It’s well worth the price, but some of you don’t exactly have several hundred dollars to run out and buy this product.

Step# 3 Now you’re going to take your guide and the other products and package them together.
You can either make a one page site where your visitors are sent after they purchase where you can tell them to download each product individually with download links to each product, and a download link to each guide.
Another way to do it is create download links to the other products within your guide. After they purchase send them to a page where they can download your guide and tell them that the download links to the other products are inside the guide.
Step #4 Okay, now you’ve got your entire product package created. It’s time to get your graphics designed, and your sales letter page designed.
I’ve recommended my graphic designer before, but here’s his information again. dima@nitrocoversmail.com His site is at www.NitroCovers.com He only charges $50 for a head, footer, background, and product graphic. I don’t know of anyone else who does it for this cheap!
You’ll use your header and footer graphic at the top of your page and at the bottom of your page like I have done at www.JointVentureSeeker.com
Once you have your graphics done, it’s time to build your sales letter page. Your sales letter page is easy to put together, and you need to make it really nice. You do this by having quality graphics done, and arranging your site nicely.
I don’t know any magic formula for writing a sales letter. Is what I did was study sales pages of successful marketers to get ideas. When I write my sales letters, is what I do is:
1. Create an attention-grabbing headline. This is the make you or break you point. If your headline doesn’t grab your visitor’s attention you’ve lost them before you even get to try to sell them.
2. I don’t add a lot of fluff and BS. I tell them exactly what they are getting and how they will benefit. List the features of your product and after each feature tell them the benefit of the feature.
Example: If my product is about blogging…
A feature would be that my product teaches you how to blog to make money.
A benefit would be that you wouldn’t have to spend hours looking for information to help you start blogging.
Now put it together like this…
Product Name teaches you how to make blogging profitable. You wont have to waste your time searching through the web or other expensive ebooks and software trying to figure out how to make money with your blog. All the information is given to you instantly in Product Name.
After you list all your features and benefits, you’ve got to tell them what to do. Meaning you have to have a call to action. Tell them to buy.
Example: I’ve created Product Name so that you can quickly learn to start profiting with your blog. All you have to do is click the buy button below and pay the one time fee of $xx, and you will be able to instantly download Product Name.
Once you tell them to buy now, include some kind of P.S. to really drive home your point.
Example: P.S. Product Name is only available for X amount of time. Be sure you get your copy today!
Or
P.S. Product Name will only cost you $x. On DATE the price will be raised to $X amount of dollars so be sure to get your copy right now.
Just make sure that your statements are true. If your product will only be available until Tuesday, then make sure that on Tuesday that no one will be able to buy it.
ALWAYS tell the truth. Don’t use gimmicks to make a sale to a visitor.
The main thing to remember when writing your sales letter is to make them want it more than anything else without putting a bunch of hype in it. I’ve have found that by talking to my visitors in my sales letters that they pull much better than just throwing a bunch of hype into them.
Once you have put your sales letter page together you need to make sure you place your payment button on the page. Once your customer pays they either need to be sent to a download page, or emailed a download link. If you email them the link make sure they are taken to a page that tells them that the download link has been emailed to them.
Personally I have been emailing my customers the link lately because it keeps down on people passing around my download pages!
Step #5 and #6 Once you have everything all set up including your sales letter page, and your download page, it’s time to put together your backend sales strategy and then start promoting.
Yep! Six steps… That’s all there is to it. Now there are many more techniques, and I’ll share them with you all as time goes on. There’s just not enough room here. In June I should have course out that will teach many more techniques so that you all can really start making money with resale rights products. The technique I just shared with you is one of the most profitable techniques I could ever share with you when it comes to making money with resale rights. It does require you to put some extra work into it, but it pays off in the end big time!

The Million Dollar Question

What is the million dollar question? It’s the question I get at least one email for a day from frustrated people asking me where to start. Why do I call it the million dollar question? Because once you have the answers to this question (and there are many of them) you WILL be on your way to your first million.
The question is simple, but with a very complex answer…
The question is: Where do I start?
Sometimes it’s an entire email I get sent, but this is the basis of the question.
I don’t have the exact answer because I don’t know the abilities, desires, and needs of every person. Not only that, but it’s not a question that I can answer in just one email. It also becomes a time issue. I am a one man (make that woman) show and even though I work my butt off in my business and try and help as many people as I can, I can’t save the world… Meaning I can’t help everyone reach their million dollar dreams.
This actually really bothers me because I care so deeply for and want to see everyone who crosses my path succeed. So, for the last few months I’ve been trying to come up with a quick guide to point people in the right direction. I wanted to create something that anyone could use no matter what experience lever they were at. So, I went back to a short guide I wrote last year and revamped it. I’m happy with the out come of it and would like to pass it on to you at a charge that almost anyone can afford. A product launch always takes it out of me, but I’ve still got to keep going. Affiliates this is going to be a great site for you to promote because you can promote it over and over again because the products will be constantly changing. I’ll also be setting up backend products so that you can automatically get more sales by doing nothing more. That’s always a plus, right?
